Why did this page come to be?
It’s a long story, but I’ll try to keep it brief…
Over more than 10 years ago, I faced serious health problems that didn’t promise a bright future. Dozens of pills a day, chronic fatigue, bloating, and the side effects of treatment that also impacted my health.
I realized that I couldn’t and didn’t want to live like that any longer - I started looking for solutions. Dozens of WHO articles, clinical studies, experiments, books — all of this led to significant changes in my diet (you could call it “just another” change, but I became a vegetarian), which became MY lifestyle that saved my health and well-being. But I didn’t stop there.
To this day, I am intensely curious and continue to deepen my knowledge of global health news, science-based facts, and research by doctors and scientists that lead to a healthier and higher-quality life. Because I love feeling absolutely amazing every day! :)
So, the universe saw my curiosity, the topic of health has been almost chasing me throughout my life, and unexpectedly, my paths crossed with a team of Lithuanian scientists, doctors, and world-class innovations — all aimed at helping humanity, leading us to a revolution in health — and I strongly believe in it!
I have the knowledge and am surrounded by incredible people working at a scientific level, and I am already using things that we once didn’t even know about or could only dream of — I UNDERSTOOD!!!
I can’t just sit back and know about all this on my own or use it. And social media is just too overwhelming to share everything with you!
A voice deep inside me said: SHARE!
As a result, the idea to create this page was born.
